YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED
How do we book you?
If you have your heart set on eloping, get in touch with us as soon as you can. We only offer a limited number of bookings per year as we prefer to focus on quality rather than quantity. So, it’s best to get in touch sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment, even if you don’t have a specific date in mind. Fill out our contact form and we’ll be in touch to arrange a call.
How many images will we receive?
We go for quality over quantity. We take relaxed shots and take our time to document the story of your day. It depends which package you book but you will receive in the hundreds of images.
Do you edit the images?
Yes, all your images will be edited in our signature style.
Can you photoshop us?
You’re beautiful as you are, so we don’t remove anything that’s part of you, including changing your body shape, or removing tattoos and piercings. If you want this service we can outsource this editing but there will be a premium cost. We can remove non-permanent marks, like spots when we start editing. If there’s anything you’re particularly concerned about we’ll be happy to chat about it before we shoot.
When will we get our final images?
We know how it feels to count down the days to seeing your elopement photos. We’re as excited to show you them as you are to see them, so we’ll give you a little sneak preview of some images within 48 hours. Your full adventure elopement gallery will be with you within 8 weeks.
How do we get our images?
You can view your images online in a password protected gallery. We’ll send you your access details as soon as your images are ready. You’ll be able to share the link with friends and family and can download them in two sizes, one that’s high resolution for print and a smaller resolution for sharing on social media.
Do you provide prints and albums?
Yes, we’re big believers in printing photos, and so we work with one of the leading printing labs to produce high quality bespoke prints and albums. Albums are included in our top two packages and most clients choose to upgrade their albums.
Do you provide RAW files?
No, our job is to create your images which includes editing them in our own style, so we don’t provide the RAW files. We also compress them so they’re easier to download, RAW files can soon use up your memory space.
We don’t have a date yet, can we still start planning with you?
Of course. It’s good to start the planning process as early as possible. Many of our couples don’t have their date when they get in touch. Please contact us and we can chat through potential dates and the best times of year for your location.
How do you protect our photos?
We know that your special day is irreplaceable, that’s why we take every precaution to protect your photos. All our images are saved instantly to two memory cards in the camera. As soon as we get back from your adventure, we back up your photos to the Cloud and multiple hard drives which are all stored in separate locations, just to be on the safe side.
Are you insured?
Yes we are fully insured as professional photographers with public liability insurance including any use of our drone.
Steph and Oli are naturals at making having your photo taken easy and comfortable. Not only did they create an ambient atmosphere fitting to the surroundings, they perfectly captured the little moments we shared (without over structuring). We enjoyed a truly bespoke experience with amazing results. The photos speak for themselves and we couldn’t be more pleased!
They made the whole experience way less stressful. We’re so glad we found Oli and Steph, they put so much energy into our wedding photography and now we have the most beautiful images to remember our wedding.
